Did you bring the wire from inside the tube ship?

Go down the robots eye, and USE LADDER at the side of the ship.

Hint 4 of 5:

Climb up, and go in the hatch. Be careful not to fall off.

Hint 5 of 5:

INSTALL REACTOR in the open panel, and SPLICE WIRE.
